This service is suited to clients who already have completed architectural and consultant drawings and are seeking a builder with strong delivery capability, coordination discipline and cost control.
For Build Only projects, ArcAbodes is engaged solely as Head Contractor under an MBAV New Homes or Home Improvement Contract.
Design responsibility remains with the client’s appointed consultants. Construction responsibility sits entirely with ArcAbodes.
